Position Description

Administrative Business Partners are at the heart of the company's operations and activities. ABPs anticipate the needs of managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues often before they arise. ABP's anticipate the needs of your executive and team members and help them stay focused on their initiatives by resolving operational and administrative issues. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgement, communication and analytic skills needed to interact with a variety of stakeholders, team members and job function.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

  • Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, book travel submit expenses, and schedule facilities and equipment).
  • Organize logistics for various team off-sites and events.
  • Be the pulse of the team, and a trusted advisor to the Leadership team
Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of administrative support experience in a fast-paced, high-tech environment
  • Experience using GSuite
  • Experience with Concur (preferred)
  • A self-starter who can recognize where processes can be improved and takes the initiative to improve them.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong business judgment, professional etiquette and organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently in a high-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
  • Experience working on a team.
Desired

  • Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion
  • Experience with organizing creative and fun team offsites and/or events
  • Supported multiple executives concurrently
