Chemical company in Union County is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their growing team.

- Data management: makes sure that customers data and commercial conditions are properly registered and completed including accruals, rebates and commissions.
- Taking orders from customers correctly.
- Coordinate with the network for product availabilities abroad
- Provide accurate information to the customers on cost/extra charges and wait for final approval before delivering.
- Communicates clearly to the customer on order status
- Ensures that all invoices are issued within the target delay after the date of the delivery confirmation.
- Responsible for recovery of dues / over dues.
- Assists Marine Managers for customer support if required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP experience is A+
3-5 Order Management/Sales Administrative experience
