job summary:
Position Description Moma Title: Hardware Risk and Compliance Analyst

The ideal candidate will have a lead role in resolving contract issues in relation to delinquent accounts, including engaging and coordinating with internal groups, communicating with customers to identify potential issues, and driving resolution of issues through to completion. Candidates must have exceptional customer service and project management skills, be a confident and polished communicator and writer and possess a technical aptitude. You should be comfortable conducting outbound calls to customers and moving contract issues and resolutions forward. The ideal candidate must also has demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, excellent judgment and can work productively in a fast-paced, team oriented environment. Someone with prior sales experience is a must.

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

  • BA/BS degree in business, finance or accounting with minimum
  • 4 years of relevant experience Background preferred: compliance, financial analysis, or management consulting; previous experience in technology preferred Legal interest/contracting knowledge
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Expert in Google tools (calendar, docs, sheets)
  • Ability to thrive in a demanding, change-oriented, fast-paced environment requiring a high degree of deadline-driven productivity.
  • Innovative, organized, thorough, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to surface and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
  • Strong quantitative, written, editorial, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
