Administrative Assistant

job summary:
As an Administrative Coordinator, you anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest products and services. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities: Calendar support for up to 4 executives, Schedule analysis to ensure efficient workflow, Partner closely with executives to align calendars with their business priorities.

Other Responsibilities May Include:

Large team meeting bookings across global offices, Event support (offsites, tech talks, all hands bookings), Travel support (researching flights, accommodations, ground transportation and business meals), Task management, other ad hoc requests (assistance with projects, quick turn around items, team support), Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies.

** BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; 1-2 years of administrative support experience in related duties for directors or C-level executives (calendar management, travel arrangements, event planning, budget management, space planning, etc.); Experience using GSuite; Experience with Concur (preferred); A self-starter who can recognize where processes can be improved and takes the initiative to improve them. Strong communication skills. Strong business judgment, professional etiquette and organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently in a high-paced environment.
