A successful financial service firm is looking to add on a Staff Accountant to their team. The Staff Accountant will report to the Accounting Department Manager and will be responsible for bank reconciliation, general ledger write up, financial statement compilation and analysis for 25-30 clients. System experience include QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct and ACS Software.

Responsibilities for Staff Accountant position include:
- Support month end close
- Account reconciliation
- Financial statements
- General Ledger
- Financial statement compilation and analysis
- Preparation of required payroll, sales & use tax
- Preparation/calculations of unsecured personal property tax and city business tax
- Responsible for 25-30 clients and working directly with the accounting department manager and partner-in-charge
- Client contact/interaction on a daily basis
- Light administrative tasks
Qualifications for Staff Accountant position include:
Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting
QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, ACS General Ledger
Excellent communicator, attention to detail and takes initiatives
