Recruiting Coordinator

job summary:
Responsible for providing administrative support for the recruitment in Company's hiring guidelines and policies. Will provide support in all aspects of employment from coordinating/scheduling all phases of interviews through the offer process. Will respond to internal or external recruiting related inquiries, prepare offer/disposition letters, coordinate candidate logistics including travel arrangements and maintain applicant tracking system data. Must have successful administrative experience in Human Resources and/or a high volume recruiting department, proficient with MS Office Suite including Outlook, be detail and customer service oriented and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
