job summary:
Position Description Moma Title: Account Manager/Small Business Ads

Project Overview:

Use your knowledge of AdWords and digital marketing to make optimization improvements to the advertising campaigns of small businesses. Speak comfortably with small business clients. Log details of consultations in internal systems. Provide feedback on customer interactions to leadership.

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:

Conduct phone consultations with new small business advertisers

Document tasks reviewed on calls

Provide feedback to team leadership on program progress

Making optimization changes to existing AdWords accounts

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

  • BA/BS in any related field. In lieu of degree must have
  • 2-4+ years of experience working in digital marketing.
  • 2-4 years of working experience in customer service/support and/or sales support
  • Experience working with Google Ads/Adwords- must know Pay Per Click (PPC) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Account management skills, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of how Client products can help deliver digital marketing success to small businesses.
  • Comfortable with periodic changes in workflow and responsibilities.
Desired

  • Experience using Google Analytics
  • Experience managing Google Ads campaigns
