The Senior Staff Accountant will be responsible for maintaining the general ledger, month end close, financial analysis and reporting. Working closely with the Controller, this Accountant will review and analyze accounts, reconcile general ledger accounts, and play key role in the month end close process.

Duties :

-Perform month end close on assigned entities; prepare financial statements

-Completion of the monthly bank reconciliation.

-Reconcile balance sheet accounts as assigned.

-Research and book journal entries.

-Prepare and review all cash accounts for accuracy.

-Fixed Assets

-Prepare all weekly/monthly analysis as required.

-Research and respond to questions regarding P&L's for expense and revenue.

-Coordinate audits

-Ad hoc financial projects and reports.

Ideal profile includes :

-2-4 years of relevant accounting experience

-four (4) year accounting or finance degree

-excellent written and verbal communication skills

-ability to interact with management at all levels are required

-highly organized, detail oriented professional with the ability to handle multiple priorities while adhering to strict deadlines

-self-motivated problem solver.

-excellent computer skills in Microsoft Excel are a must (Knowledge of ERP system is a plus).
