Senior HR Coordinator

job summary:
A large Biotechnology company located in Cambridge, MA is looking for a Senior HR Coordinator to provide effective and timely front-line customer service support for employees. This incumbent will provide support for questions, issues and problem resolution on services such as benefits, payroll, compensation, and HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with lead HR Coordinator to resolve employee issues
  • Act as the initial point of contact for employees by answering calls and emails
  • Provide immediate resolution or careful redirection to escalated support resources
  • Perform back-office transactions in support of HR functions
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years experience in benefits, payroll, or general human resources
  • Ability to interpret and communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer care via telephone
