Wonderful opportunity to join a small growing nonprofit organization just outside of Lancaster City (near F&M College). This is a full-time / permanent position with excellent benefits. This is a newly created position based on growth.

Our client seeks a candidate with 2-4 years of administrative support, bookkeeping and light accounting experience. Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word and Outlook skills. This position will support the Controller with accounts payable, accounts receivable and administrative responsibilities (supply orders, copying / filing, answering phone calls and providing general office coverage).

Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation skills are required.

Our client prefers a candidate with the highest degree of professionalism and attention to detail. Candidates must be able to thrive in a fast paced, shifting priority environment.
