job summary:
Our team, the Global Performance & Programmatic Solutions team, is seeking a Sales Content Creator for a temporary position. This individual must be able to present a strong portfolio with presentation, 1-sheeter, communications documents or other sales collateral design and writing skills. This person will provide content strategy and communications (writing) support to help revamp our sales resources for our online advertising salespeople. They will work independently and collaboratively with sales & marketing to translate complex ideas and messages into a clear narrative flow, with compelling and surprising creative hooks, smart visual metaphors, and great copywriting aligned to advertiser's goals. In addition, this person must be highly organized, deadline-driven, and know how to appropriately manage feedback and expectations from internal stakeholders.

Job responsibilities

Help to ensure our salespeople have the best resources available to assist them in their job.

Create, optimize and maintain sales content to support product / features and solutions.

Oversee the content strategy for assigned Client's Ads product feature areas, specifically:

Coordinate and plan content deliverables to coincide with product and feature launches as well as ongoing maintenance of resources.

Work with Sales Knowledge team to scope sales resource needs

Write, edit, and drive reviews of content with subject matter experts (SMEs) from Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc. and with the Legal team.

Develop and execute periodic, end-to-end initiatives to address customer needs and improve content strategy.

Incorporate content edits into our content management system (CMS).

Review content requests from cross-functional stakeholders.

Hand off content to localization as needed.

Troubleshoot and respond to stakeholder questions (such as queries from the Localization team) about the help content.

qualifications:
Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory

  • Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or equivalent practical work experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in editorial, journalism, sales communications, content strategy, marketing, or learning and development roles Impeccable writing and attention to detail
  • Proven project management experience and the ability to execute end-to-end solutions
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven experience managing multiple project assignments with overlapping schedules and changing priorities in a time-pressured environment
  • Ability to function as a productive member in a team-focused environment, high level of follow-through and accountability to others
  • Strong organizational skills, extreme attention to detail, commitment to producing excellent work Polished, positive, can-do personality, flexibility and sense of humor
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising industry
Desired

  • Experience creating sales communication or training materials for different audiences, including internal salespeople, end users, small- to medium-sized businesses (SMBs), advertising agencies, and / or large corporations
  • Knowledge of Client's Ads product and its related products and platforms
  • Experience in B2B advertising sales
