Strategic Finance Headcount Data and Reporting Analyst

job summary:
Responsibilities:

  • Business Partner with key stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of data in HR Systems and Headcount Reporting
  • Frequently audit data and work with Managers and HR to ensure data accuracy
  • Prepare headcount summary charts for monthly Budget vs. Actual meetings
  • Prepare headcount walk charts from prior month-end to current to FYE
  • Attend monthly Budget vs. Actual meetings to understand any updates to hiring data
  • Update monthly headcount actuals by cost center in the company forecast model
  • Work with Business Systems to load FY21 planned headcount into Workday by Cost Center
  • Document and implement audit and process improvement procedures
  • Own all cost center, SEC classification, rep type fields in Workday that have a financial impact for headcount reporting
  • Ad Hoc Hiring Analytics Modeling to include views on attrition, hiring times, and cost per head
Qualifications:

  • 4 year college degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus
  • Big 4 experience is a plus
  • 2-4 years of working experience
