Staffing/HR Coordinator

job summary:
Our client, a growing tech company, has an immediate temporary to hire need for a Staffing & HR Coordinator. The Staffing & HR Coordinator will responsible for assisting the Human Resources Manager with various duties including payroll, benefits, policies and recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Assist in the sourcing and recruitment of top talent.
  • Assist in the new hire on-boarding tasks and conducting new hire orientation.
  • Respond to employee benefit questions.
  • Schedule interviews.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • 1-2 years of Recruiting/HR experience is required.
  • ADP or Paychex experience is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred!
