Specific Duties:


1. Distribute mail according Markets, scan, priority, appeals and Health Plan Risk

2. Open, Sort, Prioritize, Log and track all received claims

3. Ensure all claims are suitable for processing

4. Forward unclean claims to submitting provider

5. Forward plan risk claims to appropriate Health Plans

6. Other duties as assigned

Must have qualifications/experience:

1. 6 months Medical Knowledge

2. Familiar with CMS-1500 and UB-04 claims forms

3. Basic Computer knowledge

4. Ability to work with and tolerate constant changes to processes

5. Ability to work in a fast pace environment
