Data Entry Administrator

job summary:
Job Description

- Receiving, logging, and tracking SAP master data requests

-Completing master data templates with complete data after receiving initial submission and supplementary data

- Submission of completed master data requests to an IT department for system upload

- Confirmation after upload that master data was entered correctly

- Follow-up with requestors and IT department on status of master data requests

Past Experience

- Two years experience working in a manufacturing environment

- Prior experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) required

- Use of a workflow system such as Team Track or Service Now preferred but not required

- Prior experience with SAP preferred but not required

Requirements

- Understand of ERP master data concepts and system configuration

- Microsoft Excel skills sufficient to do data entry

- Ability to receive training on completion of master data templates following a work instruction

- Ability to follow written/verbal instructions and directions

- Ability to handle and work through ambiguity

- Ability to organize and prioritize work based on direction

- Attention to detail

- Ability to work independently
