Cost Accounting Manager
An international aerospace manufacturer has an opening for a Cost Accounting Manager at their new Los Angeles facility. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state of the art facility with some of the best a brightest minds in the industry.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manages all cost accounting functions including but not limited to inventory costing and general ledger.
Reviews and evaluates the accounting systems, policies, and procedures.
Works closely with our the controller to prepare financial statements and related reports including but not limited to balance sheets and income statements.
Generates Cash-flow reports, budgets and variances analysis.
Manages budget preparation, reviews budget proposals, and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification for proposed budgets.
Is in charge of the cost accounting and the calculation of financial KPIs per programs and cost centers
The Cost Accounting Manager will work directly with General Manager and closely with the Group Finance team, in order to provide support on significant issues (company strategic planning, with special projects as required and other duties as assigned).
Strong financial knowledge
Ability to interpret financial kPIs and anticipate the impacts.
Working knowledge of data collection, data analysis, with strong attention to detail
Business knowledge and orientation, with smart working capacity
Ability to work with all levels of management, challenge the status quo and drive through changes
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
Ability to evolve within an international network & to manage cultural differences
French knowledge would be a plus
Proficient in Excel and utilizing ERP Systems
