My Client is currently looking to hire a Brand Marketing Manager that has previous experience with Ad based or packaging Market Research, preferably Global Markets. This position will provide leadership and management for the development and execution of all marketing research, analysis and knowledge and insight strategies in support of one of their Global Brands. This is a 3 to 6 month contract opportunity. W2 Only.

The Brand Marketing Manager will Lead and manage the insights program supporting the various Brands via subject matter expertise and charter / project coordination. This includes co-orientation and execution of market research and analysis requests from the Global Brands Category marketing teams.

responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities include

  • Leading all custom research, syndicated research, pre-search and trends planning, execution and application - specifically the integration and conversion of results into strategic insights and the translation of those insights into category. Brand, customer or new business opportunities.
  • Supports sparkling brands business planning and execution process. Providing insight and analysis support covering areas of value proposition development, communication development, brand equity and performance tracking, innovation and consumer segmentation.
  • Responsible for the day to day development of the insights plan, execution of research and insights projects to support the Sparkling business. Responsible for project scoping/ brief development with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage core research, strategy and innovation within sparkling to translate key consumer insights, trends, and market dynamics into growth opportunities for Sparkling Area.
  • Responsible for the overall Insights Supplier approach and relationships including development of research solutions within budget and using best and newest approaches available, supplier evaluation, relationship management and contracts. Project management and delivery.
  • Responsible for the commercial negotiation with specific Market Research companies and overall project management / execution of research and business planning initiatives to support the sparkling area. Decisions tend to be more tactical and operational.
  • Communication with other Corporate and group functions and with all relevant functions at Business Unit level. Weekly-basis communication with Business Unit K&I teams, senior management of strategic research partners and consultants as applicable.

  • Able to conceptualize / formulate frameworks and analysis models for diverse marketing and consumer insights problem.
  • Required to tackle structured and unstructured problems coordinating all phases of market research from formulation to conclusions / recommendations.
  • Comfortable with large amounts of data, iterations with research and technology vendors and able to design data analysis and underlying research questions/structures that support scale and dissemination across BUs and Brands.
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Previous experience with Ad based or packaging Market Research; preferably Global Markets
  • Quantitative and Qualitative
  • Strong Junior - Senior experience required
