Position Description

Individual will work in a small business group as part of the Sales force Business Technology Solution team that provides support and direction for our NF Salesforce.com and CRM processes. This CRM Specialist role focuses on business configuration, Sales force business administration, reports and dashboards activities to strengthen business process in a collaborative team approach. This individual MUST possess very strong interpersonal skills and excel at taking initiative, as they will be in contact with many business users/leaders and will need to interpret their needs. This individual MUST also have the aptitude and desire to develop their technical skills and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.com. Knowledge of NF business is a plus.

  • Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
