In the role of Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for general accounting like journal entries, general ledger maintenance, supporting the closing process and financial reporting. This role will also have exposure to / responsibilities involving payroll, billing, accounts receivable, credit and inventory / purchasing control. If you are a professional who is eager to assume additional responsibilities in a relatively short period of time - this role will eventually assume responsibilities for budgeting, forecasting, tax preparation and financial analysis related to pricing, expense management and cost reductions.

Our client requires a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of two years of accounting experience. Candidates must have strong Excel skills.
