Client Service Representative

job summary:
A large bank in downtown Boston is looking for a Client Service Representative to join their team. This incumbent will provide excellent client service to both external and internal clients via phone, email, or onsite.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients by initiating payment investigations, maintenance requests, fulfillment requests, research request, and fee reversal requests received by phone and email
  • Make outbound calls to provide resolutions for Online Banking and research requests
  • Provide technical support by troubleshooting and problem solving for clients experiencing difficulties using retail applications
  • Complete work assignments in a timely manner
Qualifications:

  • Some college or equivalent work experience
  • Exhibit excellent customer service
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems or MAC
  • Ability to work independently
