responsibilities: Key Responsibilities:
Collaborates with the compensation manager/consultants on a variety of projects, including program design, analysis, budgeting, implementation of new programs and stock reload.
Determines, researches, analyzes, solves problems, and works on all types sales incentive related requests. Works with management on all sales incentive practices, policies, and plans. Administers bonus amounts for several sales incentives (bonus) plans. Assists Finance and HR Manager with compensation-related issues.
qualifications: Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5-7 years Compensation experience
- Self-starter;Team-player; Good communication skills
- Partner with HR and other departments
