Employee Relations & HR Compliance Officer

Human Resources Compliance Officer - $52,000 - $67,000 plus bonus

Exciting opportunity for a Human Resources professional who is early in his / her career and interested in transitioning to a Corporate Human Resources role that will provide wide exposure to employee relations and legal / HR compliance matters. Our client has an outstanding track record of promoting from within and offers competitive pay, excellent benefits and tremendous flexibility.

Responsibilities will include--

  • Ensure compliance with all employment and labor laws
  • Design and deliver leadership training to company management
  • Support integration of Human Resources programs and initiatives across all business units and departments.
  • Active participant to ensure ADA compliance, oversee affirmative action obligations and perform FLSA audits.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or Finance with a minimum of one year of human resources experience. Our client strongly prefers candidates with experience in Employee Relations and / or Human Resources Compliance. Our client requires a candidate who has strong verbal / written communication skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment. Our client requires candidates with strong PC Systems skills (Excel, Access, etc.) and experience working with an ERP system.
