Customer Service Representative

job summary:
Our Client is Hiring! We are seeking someone who is able to hit the ground running!

Duties:

  • Will be responsible for making outbound calls and taking inbound calls, utilizing 5-6 applications on a regular basis dispositioning calls and maintaining accounts appropriately
  • Goal is to bring account current by assisting customers with accounts that are overdrawn or charged off, understanding and assessing the situation and providing solutions
  • Call volume will be VERY HIGH around 200 calls/day (mix of inbound and outbound)
  • Will utilize an auto dial or direct dial system to initiate customer contact
Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1+ years customer service experience required
  • 1+ years in collections, service or sales environment preferred
  • Ability to interpret complex policy and procedures and risk management.
  • Coachable, team oriented, solution oriented, attention to detail, eager/quick learners and ability to multitask
MUST be able to work either shift listed:

  • Sunday-Thursday (Sunday 9AM-5:30PM, Monday-Thursday 12PM-9PM)
  • Tuesday-Saturday (Tuesday-Thursday 12PM-9PM, Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 7AM-3:30PM)

Job Details

  • This role is with default deposit account collections at Wells Fargo
  • Candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls and taking inbound calls, utilizing 5-6 applications on a regular basis dispositioning calls and maintaining accounts appropriately
  • Goal is go bring account current by assisting customers with accounts that are overdrawn or charged off, understanding and assessing the situation and providing solutions
  • Call volume will be VERY HIGH around 200 calls/day (mix of inbound and outbound)
  • Will utilize an auto dial or direct dial system to initiate customer contact
  • While they are open to candidates without collections/call center experience it is critical that candidates understand what this role entails and they are comfortable with this volume and being constrained to a desk all day - will basically be back to back calls all day every day
  • Candidates MAY end up working from home, this is TBD - please confirm that candidates have the capabilities to do so
Qualifications

  • Min 1+ years customer service experience required (can be fast food, retail, call center, etc)
  • Candidates with tenure and showing progression in their roles will go to the top of the stack
  • Will accept candidates with 1+ years in collections, service or sales environment as well
  • Candidates will need to be open to learning/understanding how to interpret complex policy and procedures and risk management. This is trainable but we need to ensure candidates understand this expectation
  • Coachable, team oriented, solution oriented, attention to detail, eager/quick learners and ability to multitask (type, talk, use various systems)
Training

5-6 weeks of training. Will be virtual from their own desk
