Marketing Editor

job summary:
JOB SUMMARY

  • Assists with the production of high-quality materials in an editorial capacity.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides support on editing and proofreading materials for readability, grammar, accuracy, style and industry compliance standards.
  • Provides correction to errors in type, format, grammar,punctuation and spelling (notes corrections electronically and on paper using standard proofreader's marks).
  • Maintains and applies knowledge of health care regulatory marketing guidelines to keep content consistent and compliant
  • Documents and provides proofs with marked corrections to be revised and reviewed.
  • Follows department style guide and approved reference guides such as AP Stylebook and corporate branding guidelines to ensure consistency in copy and design.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
