job summary:
Job Description:

***Actual title is Oxford Marketing Consultant***

This resource would be responsible for:

  • Providing consultation to the national member onboarding, engagement and digital marketing teams during the development of regional projects, as well as to help ensure inclusion of Oxford membership in national initiatives
  • Serve as the face to the health plans for member needs (someone who can develop a relationship with the HPs and dedicate the time to participate on regional calls)
  • Take in requests from the health plans and triage to the right support area (Oxford Triaging guide attached as an example)
  • Develop non-standard member experience materials in support of unique plan designs that have been approved and launched in local markets (e.g., Oxford, Metro 2.0 Product, AMP-Up Plans, etc.).
  • Proactive outreach with project owners, product and subject matter experts to develop content as needed and internal reviewers on related approvals
  • Ensure material's compliance with member communication requirements
  • Partner with Creative team on material development
  • Review/QC all versioned member communications/materials for brand compliance before they are released
  • Receive final member marketing pieces to deliver to the HP and to post on needed sites
  • Consult on regional member needs to the entire enterprise
  • Additional member and B2B projects as assigned (e.g., EHCV initiatives, support on small group renewal packages, Oxford VSG Tool, etc.)
Skills that would be needed:

  • Analytical skills- understand dependencies and downstream impacts of business changes and how that will alter or require changes to marketing collateral or strategies
  • Understanding of tristate area regulatory environment and apply implications to marketing work
  • Excellent business/copy writing skills for developing marketing communications
  • Excellent relationship building skills to work in a matrix environment and with external partners
  • A self-starter that seeks out understanding and can solve problems
  • Understanding of core marketing channels (digital, direct) and communication best practices
  • Project management skills to manage projects from development to execution
  • Act ethically; maintain a sense of proactive, positive customer service and be comfortable working in a virtual environment
