We are recruiting a dynamic Analyst/Associate for the Client Reporting team in the Wealth Management Operations department with a large National finance company!

    reconciling document distributions validating quality of the output and assuring that our vendors distribute documents within established service level agreements handling inquiries from Company branch offices via phone and dedicated inquiry system matching or exceeding professionalism and knowledge standards expected from a members of firm's service network
Primary Responsibilities

    Daily oversight of department process including reconciliations, reviewing output quality, monitoring of vendor production and escalation of issues as encountered Maintenance of procedures and retention of documents used in performing daily responsibilities Involvement in change related projects. Handling of field office inquiries directed to us by phone, inquiry tracking system or email Understanding and ensure proper escalation matters to superiors and follow through for full resolution Will provide assistance for internal and external audits, Compliance and Risk reviews.
Requirements

- Bachelor in economics, accounting, finance, or related field

- Some work experience with financial markets, banking and general understanding of the industry a plus.

Background on the Position

Company Wealth Management Operations is recruiting a dynamic Analyst/Associate for the Client Reporting team. The Analyst/Associate is expected to quickly learn assigned functions and become a leading contributor. S/he will become proficient is reconciling document distributions, validating quality of the output and assuring that our vendors distribute documents within established service level agreements. S/he is to challenge assumptions and actively look for ways to enhance processes and procedures utilized by the team.

As the candidate grows expertise, s/he will be handling inquiries from Company branch offices via phone and dedicated inquiry system matching or exceeding professionalism and knowledge standards expected from a members of firm's service network.

The Analyst/Associate will be involved in number of projects and changes implemented each month within Client Reporting. S/he will participate in testing, creation of test scripts, selection of test cases and will be expected to contribute ideas for improvement geared towards efficiency, automation and risk reduction.

The Analyst/Associate will interface with business partners within and outside of Client Reporting. S/he is expected to establish and foster successful working relationships with multiple key partners from Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Risk and Vendor Management.

- Preparation of recurring and ad-hock metric reports used within the team as well as for senior management distribution.

- Bachelor in economics, accounting, finance, or related field

- Some work experience with financial markets, banking and general understanding of the industry a plus.
