Legal Contract Review - JD or Attorney Preferred
A major financial institution is looking for attorneys (licensed or unlicensed) to help with a large contract review project.
This position is expected to last for 1 year in duration. Work will be 40 hours/week during standard business hours.
Work will start out as remote, but when the COVID situation settles down, work will be on-site in a suburb south of Minneapolis.

Responsible for examining and analyzing documentation and data of unusual, complex and/or higher risk transactions to ensure compliance with internal company systems.
Review process includes multiple different lines of business product contracts.
Researches and resolves discrepancies.
Ensures corrective action on exceptions and problems identified, ensuring required data is input and proper procedures are followed.
May include evaluating automation results and manually keying information from documents into data systems.
Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and making recommendations to enhance automated systems performance to increase accuracy and efficiencies of process and tools.
- A JD (law degree) or LLM (Masters of Law)
- Experience in one or a combination of the following: contract reviews, data/document analytical activities, business operations.
- Intermediate to Advance Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
- Detailed oriented.
