Job Description

  • Responsible for supporting business partners in the sourcing and contracting process, and the management and negotiation of service, sales and licensing agreements, NDA's and other documents.
  • Acting as an effective liaison between attorneys and business partners to address issues as they relate to contracts.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize and extract complex legal, technical and business issues and act as an internal consultant to facilitate accurate and creative solutions to operational and other business issues is required.
Requirements

  • Prior experience in sourcing and contracting is essential.
  • Must have strong attention to detail, the ability to work across the enterprise or within cross-functional team and have strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite applications and Outlook is required.
