As a Deal Desk Analyst, you are responsible for supporting the sales team to manage opportunities, deals and quotes. This includes managing contract approvals and advising on contract structure. You will help with sales on-boarding and designing sales processes. Your attention to process and detail will improve the effectiveness of our sales organization and the quality of data in our CRM. You are a proactive self-starter who is comfortable with a rapidly changing environment, and you have a desire to learn. You also have experience in customer service, sales, marketing or consulting. You have impeccable attention to detail.

Skill/Experience/Education

Mandatory- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear and open communication at all levels of the organization - Detail oriented, accurate and organized - Ability to multi-task and produce quality work in a fast-paced environment - Intermediate MS Excel skills required (macros and pivot tables) - Strong analytical and problem-solving experience, combined with strong business judgment and an ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner - Understanding of the end to end sales process - Must be able to function as part of a team and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced, ever evolving environment - A minimum of two years' experience in Deal Desk or Sales Operations

Desired- Track record of finding and implementing opportunities for process improvement - Experience in CRM system (Salesforce highly preferred)
