job summary:
Randstad Professionals is looking for an accounts receivable clerk.

work hours: 9 to 5
education: Associate's degree
experience: 2 Years
 
responsibilities:
- High volume billing, compiling invoices and uploading to ERP

- Reviewing contracts, billing weekly, monthly and quarterly for both new and old customers

- Keying invoices to various online EDI portals

- Assisting sister company with invoice backlog

- Communicating with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and answer inquiries, issuing credits memos, discussing payment terms

- Assisting with calling to collect on delinquent payments

- Assisting with payment posting/cash applications when needed

- Assisting with month end and audits where necessary

 
qualifications:
- High School diploma

- One (1) or more years of accounts receivable or general accounting experience

- Microsoft Office experience Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

- Excellent analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate clearly with team members, management, employees, and external customers in an efficient and professional manner

- Strong work ethic, demonstrating integrity, trust, and maintain confidentiality

- Ability to be a self-starter capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, team environment

- Ability to read, write, and comprehend reports and associated documents

- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions

- Ability to prioritize workload and meet time sensitive deadlines

- Demonstrates strong business acumen and ability to work effectively across various teams and levels

- Ability to exert muscle force to lift, push, pull or carry objects

- Ability to coordinate two or more limbs (for example: two arms, two legs, or one leg and one arm) while sitting or standing
