Director of Finance
Director of Finance - SEC Reporting & Analysis
Currently working with a very successful mid-size company that is currently looking for a Director of Finance that can cover both SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting as well as Financial Analysis and Valuation work. Position will oversee a small team and be somewhat hands on in the position. Position will report to the VP of Finance and have an opportunity to grow in this role to take on other department as well as support various finance transformation initiatives. Qualified candidates will have 10+ years of either public accounting or industry experience as well as SEC Reporting, Technical Accounting and ideally Analysis/valuation type of experiences. *Position will oversee full SEC Reporting process from 10K, 10Q, 8K, MD&A, XBRL and any other filing requirements.
*Support all requirements for external and internal audit.
*Handle financial analysis projects as well as valuation analysis.
*Multiple finance transformation projects directed by VP of Finance
*Manage team members and oversee department.
*10+ years of experience within public accounting and/or industry experience
* CPA highly preferred
* SEC Reporting experience required
* Valuation and Analysis experience desired
