National Insurance organization located in San Diego, CA is actively seeking Customer Service Agents. This opportunity offers professional exposure to the Insurance industry and the ability to assist hundreds of people on a daily basis.

responsibilities:
  • Manage written communication regarding enrollment benefits options
  • Update all related customers account information accurately
  • Resolve Payment discrepancies
  • Provide solutions to customer inquiries regarding insurance coverage/benefits
  • Update all related customers account information accurately
  • Responsible for processing all pertinent paperwork from insured customers
  • Process enrollments, adjustments and terminations
  • Responsible for answering questions regarding Health Plans policy
  • Coordinate with vendors resolution of service issues
 
qualifications:
  • Ability to type a minimum of 45 wpm "with no errors
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize accurately
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy of information and attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills while displaying appropriate and sound judgment at all times
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, heave call volume location with other individuals near-by
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • (2) years' call center/customer service experience
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Financial Services and Insurance experience is highly desire
  • Available to work flexible schedule
