In this role, you will provide operational support for Derivatives traded by clients, asset managers, hedge funds and insurance companies who have outsourced with the company. Additionally, you will support existing relationships globally, both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will work well independently and have strong Fund Accounting experience. Derivatives Analyst

  • Ability to manage a client's trading activity, including reviewing reconciliation breaks on position, market price, income, cash, financing and valuation.
  • Handling all client and broker inquires related to trade activity.
  • Handling OTC / CFD related investigation, amendments and delivery sign-off to Fund Accounting and Client.
  • Ability to provide NAV support, to instruction capture and processing client provided valuations, cash flows and reconciliation to the fund manager.
  • To accurately and efficiently reconcile against all core controls.
 
qualifications:
Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree, prior work experience a plus
  • Self-motivated with strong technical skills and ability to learn quickly
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and theories
  • Knowledge of 40 ACTs Fund Accounting, Financial Reporting and Tax Operations
  • Ability to build and enhance strong relationships with clients
  • Results orientated; ability to create and sustain a target driven environment
  • Self-motivated with a flexible approach to working hours
