Randstad's Client, a retail company located in San Diego, is seeing an Accounting Specialist for a permanent opportunity. The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable in a fast paced environment. Qualified candidates will have experience working in a high volume capacity at a retail/eCommerce and must have excellent communication skills. This role will be 100% remote.

- Process high-volume AP invoices and credit memos (300+ per day)
- Vendor management and statement reconciliation (for 100+ accounts)
- Collect on past due amounts, decreasing DSO
- 3+ years of full cycle AP and AR experience
- Experience in retail fulfillment, eCommerce, or dropship industry- REQUIRED
- Strong Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables)
