job summary:
A large fortune 500 company located in Quincy, MA is looking for a Premier Account Analyst to maintain and manage their premier accounts. If you are a business-oriented, customer service driven professional, this job is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, manage, and support premier accounts
  • Conduct weekly meetings with assigned accounts
  • Communicate directly with customers, sales, and customer service staff
  • Minute each weekly meeting
  • Maintenance of phone lines, billing, outages, and reporting
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Access
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a group
