Human Resources & Recruiting Coordinator - $42,000 to $52,000

Great opportunity to join an established manufacturing company as their Human Resources and Recruiting Coordinator. This position will join a very tenured and dedicated Human Resources Team and will focus 60% of their time on recruiting (both manufacturing and office positions) and 40% of their time on general Human Resources responsibilities.

This position will interview potential candidates, prepare offer letters / benefits packets and coordinate the onboarding process. In addition, this role will be involved with training, development and administration as well as employee relations and benefit administration.

If you are an agency recruiter with a year or two of experience and looking to transition to a Human Resources position, this is a great opportunity for you. If you are in Human Resources but would like to work at an established market leading company with a strong HR Management team, this is a great opportunity for you.

Bachelor's with a minimum of one year of experience required (this could include Human Resources internship experience). Payroll experience is an added plus.
