Call Center Supervisor

job summary:
Now seeking an Operations Supervisor (Call Center Supervisor) for a contract, possible contract to hire for the right person. Must have at least 1 years experience as a contact center / call center Supervisor. Must be willing to work 11:30am to 8pm shift. You will initially be working from home remotely, but must be willing to work on site in Louisville if and when the center opens.

Overview

Provides quality service by organizing and monitoring work flow, assisting managers with daily operational tasks, and aids in facilitating daily and weekly reports.

Managing front line team of 30 or less

Phone Stat (AHT - Average Handle Time, ASA - Average Speed of Answer, Abandoned percentages)

Prefer 3-5 years related experience in Specialty Pharmacy setting.

responsibilities:
Responsibilities

- Managing front line team of 30 or less; Oversees the teams and workflow.

- Assist with monitoring attendance; includes E-time approval, and PTO requests.

- Measure and monitor KPI reporting.

- Ensures that all team members are informed of any operation changes and assists with the execution of training.

- Monitors floor and keeps operation managers and leads updated on daily workflow of team.

- Aids with the completion of daily and weekly managerial reporting: ie; phone stats, adherence and FTE.

- Conducts regular monthly meetings with the teams

- Monitors new hire on-boarding and competency training and ensures completion

- Conducts 90 day and annual reviews for team members

- Other Duties and Responsibilities: as assigned by department managers and director.

 
qualifications:
Qualifications

- High school diploma.

Phone Stat (AHT - Average Handle Time, ASA - Average Speed of Answer, Abandoned percentages)

- Prefer 3-5 years related experience in Specialty Pharmacy setting.

- Prefer extensive knowledge of private insurance and Medicare/Medicaid billing and adjudication process.

- Ability to work with Excel and analyze data.

- Prefer Associates degree

- Prior supervisory experience a plus.
