Our client is looking to add a Benefits Administrator to its Human Resources Department. Our client is looking for a Human Resources / Benefits professional who has a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in benefits and human resources and is eager to build a career with a growing company.

Responsibilities include-

  • Analyze benefit package and make recommendations for enhancement
  • Conduct monthly and annual open enrollment meetings for both insurance and 401K plans.
  • Service as primary contact (subject matter expert) to employees, managers and external vendors.
  • Keep updated on industry trends and potential new benefit offerings in an effort to provide employees with first class benefits at an affordable cost
Our client requires candidates to have a minimum of two years of Benefits Administration and / or Human Resources experience (preferably within a mid to large sized organization).
