This is a direct hire/permanent placement job opportunity with a substantial base salary and an extremely generous commission/bonus structure!

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of proven experience as a sales manager/lead and at least 5+ years of experience in direct or outside B2B sales.

Must have the proven ability to lead a team of sales individuals while still being able to produce at a high level simultaneously. Must have extensive knowledge and experience within telecommunications!

responsibilities:
Sales Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve targets and expand our customer base.
  • Responsible for coaching, mentoring, performance management, and accountability for results!
  • Responsible for building new business, strengthen customer relationships, and understanding of industry trends.
  • Stay current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors sales trends.
  • Serve as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, and expositions (travel as required, when safe to do so).
  • Provide regular reporting on sales performance against budget/forecasts and reporting on variances.
Account Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for identifying new opportunities for our technologies as well as advance the use of our technologies in existing accounts and partner relationships.
  • Create and maintain professional relationships within customer organizations.
  • Close software sales and services working with the team to ensure on-time fulfillment, overall product satisfaction and question/problem resolution.
  • Develop proposals and presentations to meet expressed and perceived customer needs
 
qualifications:
Qualifications:

  • MUST HAVE previous knowledge and experience within telecommunications
  • Must have 5+ years of proven experience as a sales executive/manager or team leader, preferably in software sales.
  • Must have 5+ years of experience in direct or outside B2B sales, preferably in software sales.
  • Knowledge and experience in telecommunications and software sales is highly preferred
  • Must be able to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Demonstrable experience developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
  • A history of successful sales growth and business development.
  • Proven ability to develop, coach, and mentor a team.
  • Knowledge of GIS and the Esri ecosystem is desirable.
