Description: Support the Compliance Registration and Licensing team by ensuring all regulatory requirements for the Firm and its registered employees are compliant. Provide assistance with projects and support functions and regulatory reporting requirements associated with but not limited to: Corporate Licensing (Insurance), Continuing Education, and Disclosure reporting. Candidate will be involved with the review, monitoring, and interpretation of information related to the reporting process. Attention to detail along with strong organizational and analytical skills preferred. Bachelor's degree and/or Legal and Compliance background preferred.

Ensuring licensing requirements for all registered employees of the Firms serviced. Assisting with the review and interpretation of disclosure records for current and prospective employees. Reviewing legal and court documentation to confirm regulatory reporting requirements are met. Attention to detail; Analytical skills; Bachelor's Degree and/or Legal and Compliance background preferred.
