Job Description:

On behalf of the Manufacturer Sales and Solutions team, work collaboratively with GPO Account Executive team and Contract Manager in order to orchestrate GPO product contractual agreements throughout the review and redline process. This role reports to Director, Manufacturer Sales and Solutions and directly supports the team consisting of a Director, three Account Executives and one Contract Manager.

Assist in the review of contracts, amendments, CDAs, MSAs from product manufacturers. Assist the Apttus contract management system implementation project (upload, movement of files and use of contract management software).

- Apttus integration (assist in the transition to new contracting management system)

- Processing of new agreements- review alignment to GPO standard template for inclusion of required legal language.

- Existing agreements- review alignment to original agreement and prior amendments

- Determine appropriate 2nd line reviewers/approvers. Route to appropriate team members and Account Executive aligned to manufacturer.

Using Apttus (once launched) Monitor & track edits and approvals as received from reviewers.

Consolidate redlines/comments, review/work with AE, and upon approval, return redlines to manufacturer.

Coordinate Virtual meeting with manufacturer for review of redlines- if applicable - conduct real-time editing during meeting.

Track agreement processing to ensure timely processing for execution prior to established Effective Date.

Upon completion, route fully executed document to internal team members and process storage of document.

Provide any additional support as determined by Manager and Account Executive team.

Skills/Qualifications

o Bachelor's degree

o Minimum 7 yrs work experience

o Strong written and verbal communication skills

o Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)

o Customer service, problem solving, and analytical skills required

o At least 5 years' sales experience with contract negotiations or at least 5 years' experience with negotiating/redlining contracts

o Ability to read & comprehend contracts, amendments, CDAs, MSAs.

o Familiarity with GPO/manufacturer/distributor model

o Applies advanced knowledge and understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects

o Participates in the development of policies and procedures to achieve specific goals

o Recommends new practices, processes, metrics, or models

o Provides solutions which may set precedent

o Independently determines method for completion of new projects

o Receives guidance on overall project objectives
