The Chief Financial Officer manages all aspects of financial reporting, accounting, banking, commercial insurance, and risk management.   • Directs the corporate finance, accounting, budgeting, planning, analysis, treasury, tax, purchasing, management information systems, and risk management functions.
  • Provides leadership in the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures, formulates strategic business plan, and annual operating plans that strive for profitability, growth, and competitiveness.
  • Oversees the activities that fall under the cognizance of the Controller which includes general accounting, cost accounting, planning, budgeting, treasury, and tax.
  • Provide effective oversight for internal and external resources on U.S. and international tax issues and ensure tax filings are prepared accurately
  • Oversees all audits and internal controls operations
  • Deliver timely and accurate monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting (including annual audits)
  • Drive management reporting and deliver insights to key business partners on financials/funnel performance
  • Build thoughful, detailed annual operating plans ( budgets)with long term-term planning and rolling forecasts
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent. CPA required. 10 to 15 years of relevant work experience, including 2+ years of demonstrated success in a similar role with a manufacturing company.
  • Public/Private mix preferred with Manufacturing industry. Client would also consider someone ready for the next step in their career.
  • Deep understanding of US GAAP
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the popensity to successfully foster new and maintain long standing business relationships.
  • Experience managing teams of 10+ people, ensuring to set up clear goals and exptations
  • Expertise with relavant systems ERP systems and tolls ( Excel & Tableau)
  • A proactive (rather than reactive) problem solver with a hands-on, "get it done" mentality and detail-oriented approach.
