The Billings & Collections Rep will basically be utilized for data entry into Excel and Concur. They will be assisting the team with year-end expense report submission processes and subsequent reimbursement to the providers. This will require the use of Adobe Pro and possibly responding to emails. They will definitely be utilizing Outlook but to what capacity has yet to be determined. They actually won't be doing any billing or collections.

The purpose of this position is to provide support for the Accounts Payable Expense Team as needed. Duties will include data entry into Excel spreadsheets, the Concur expense reporting system, and special projects as assigned. Tasks included may be compiling, classifying, recording, verifying and maintaining data regarding expense reimbursements to providers.

Qualifications include the ability to perform the tasks as described. Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent. An Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school in an accounting-related field would be highly desirable. Computer proficiency with experience in Microsoft Outlook and Excel are required. Previous experience using Concur expense reporting systems is highly desired. Must have excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

, I will be creating a requisition for a full-time employee for this position. If the contractor works out, they will definitely be considered for the job, if they are interested in staying of course. They would have more responsibility of course once they become full-time.

They need to be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and I did forget to add Adobe Pro. And Concur experience would be wonderful. Can I still edit the requisition? They will not be using PeopleSoft.

I can interview over the phone or virtually. I would prefer they come to the office to work, but if they are a wonderful candidate, we would consider letting them work from home either part of the time or maybe full time. We are handling all documents electronically but I found working from home for some of my staff wasn't a good idea. If they work from home, they will have to use their own internet and there is no compensation for that. Also, we all found that our internet was much slower at home, thus less productivity.
