Program Background/Business Case: - Provider Data Initiative (PDI) Program is to enhance provider data processing and provider directory management, in order to improve accuracy to meet compliance guideline.
Program Goal: Centralize provider data, improve data quality and accuracy, and reduce manual provider data process to improve Opex in order to align data model and operating model to support Cornerstone and build automate terminations workflow.
Implementation Goal: Align Data Model and Operating Model to support Cornerstone, and to build and automate terminations workflow.

A Sr. Process Engineer is needed in order to define and drive process improvement that meets business needs to enable the PDI Program. This individual will own guiding prioritization of and driving future state design of workflows and processes to support the program. This individual will work with business, technology, and solution teams to develop future state processes, design future operational model, and design automation processes based on various process and data inputs. This individual must possess strong understanding of process engineering principles, including lean and six sigma. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and communicating process related prioritization, contributing to project plans (as applicable), and leading process optimization working sessions and producing process artifacts. Additionally, the Process Engineer will Define, Initiate, and execute Collection of Data Inputs; including assessing data inputs & Documenting clarifying questions and answers as needed to ensure future state processes meet the project goal and savings targets.
In Scope Operational process considerations for Process Engineer:
Align Data Model and Operating Model to support Cornerstone: Ensure availability of high quality test data and ongoing high quality provider data for the transition by expanding the data model to include contractual attribution and business operating model impacts.
Build and automate terminations workflow: Develop and implement a terminations workflow process that will reduce manual data touches when a provider termination is required.

Data elements not included in Cornerstone commercial model in HCPM; data elements that do not support Cornerstone
Audit processes and solutions outside of monitoring provider data within IDQ team
Additional OnBase enhancements outside of terminations workflow
Additional automation needs outside of existing term bot
