Remote Call Center Representative

Please Note: This position is remote but candidates MUST sit in Phoenix, AZ OR Charlotte, NC

MUST be available to work the below shifts:

  • EST TIME: M-F, 8 hr Shift between 9am-9pm; possible Saturday/Sunday shift from 12pm-4pm EST for OT as needed
  • PHX AZ TIME: M-F, 8 hr Shift between 7am-7pm; possible Saturday/Sunday shift from 10am-2pm EST for OT as needed
Duties:

  • Communicating with clients regarding billing, account questions, account transactions; researching and resolving problems identified by customers
  • Cross-selling and making customer calls with relationship managers
  • Preparing documentation checklist, documents, reports and other items
  • Communicating with clients regarding billing, account questions, account transactions; researching and resolving problems identified by customers
  • Cross-selling and making customer calls with relationship managers
  • Preparing documentation checklist, documents, reports and other items
  • Tracking and monitoring portfolio on an ongoing basis for compliance, position, documentation exceptions, overdrafts, accounting, maintenance of files and reports, letters of credit, pricing and delinquencies
  • Preparing regular performance reports of account activities
  • Producing and maintaining tickler report and default reports.
  • Orient new and existing clients by conducting client training on client products, services, and company policies, procedures and regulations.
  • May provide technical support on web sites and web site training for clients.
Qualifications:

  • 1+ year call center experience
  • Candidates who have been phone bankers OR Retail sales or phone sales experience is a PLUS (not required)
  • Banking/Financial experience is a plus!
  • ?Looking at quality candidates with excellent retail/customer service and multitasking skills, system/PC and usage navigation skills and the ability to learn processes, procedures and systems quickly.
  • Talent MUST be tech savvy and able to set up their computer, jabber, etc and to navigate systems, trouble shoot
