Top Fortune 100 company and one of the "Big Four Banks" in the US is now seeking a Client Service Consultant for their team. You will be responsible for supporting internal and external customers by providing moderately complex to complex support services in account management, operations, documentation, customer service and technical support.Call center experience preferred

  • Acting as primary liaison between customer and bank, answering questions and solving problems involving all bank departments
  • Offering products and services to customers based on their needs and making customer calls with relationship managers
  • Ensuring proper booking and maintenance of loans
  • Tracking and monitoring portfolio on an ongoing basis for compliance, position, documentation exceptions, overdrafts, accounting, maintenance of files and reports, letters of credit, pricing and delinquencies
  • Preparing financial and profitability reports and loan reports
  • Producing and maintaining tickler report and default reports
  • Participating in special projects relating to product conversions and new product development.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of client service experience, related business experience, or a combination of both
  • Excellent organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced action oriented environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
