job summary:
Our Fairfield County client has an immediate temporary need for a Payroll Coordinator. The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for accurately processing payroll in a timely manner, calculate and process pay, tax and benefits, as well as create and update staff records and prepare year-end returns.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Payroll experience.
- Kronos or ADP Workforce Now is required, E-Time and Attendance is preferred!
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 3,000+ employees, review, edit and maintain time-sheets for accuracy and compliance.
- In-house and multi-state payroll.
- Calculate and review deferral payments, assist in the preparation and reconciliation of all payroll data and perform all payroll and expenses to the General Ledger.
- Assist employee requests for payroll verification's, deductions and garnishments.

The preferred candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of Payroll experience, with ADP Workforce Now and eTime software.
