Sr. Manager of Total Rewards
Do you have a passion for making a change? Looking for a high-impact high visibility role? We are seeking a Director of Total Rewards to join a luxury retail client of ours located in the South Bay.
We need a strong compensation and benefits person that has a desire to develop a more holistic Total Rewards approach, which ensures that the various reward elements work together to maximize their impact and support the alignment of individual performance with the organizational objectives. In addition, you will need strong problem solving and relationship skills to impress us. Knowledge of a SAP/Success Factors, Data Analysis and working within a Global entity are preferred.

As the Director of Total Rewards, you will serve as a change agent to the company by building strong relationships within all levels of HR and business lines. Your role will be responsible for managing a small regional team which has responsibility for all aspects of reward management.
In addition, you will have direct involvement in developing and implementing the global reward program through analytic research and reviewing all current and future programs.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong C&B background, with at least 5+ years' experience
- Experience of working in multi-national environment is a plus.
- Experience of incentive pay design and implementation
- Proven project management skills
- Innovative, change oriented with experience in developing & implementing reward initiatives
- Experience of working with SAP/Success Factors and Data Analysis a plus.
