IMMEDIATE NEED for Sales Recruiter (temp to perm)

Our client is an American technology company that develops and markets software as a service (SaaS) solutions for clinical trials.The TA Recruiting team is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting, which drives our clients growth. The Sr Corporate Recruiter will partner with HRBPs and hiring managers, develop effective strategic plans to find top talent, build a qualified and diverse candidate pool and ensure that new employees continue to be excited, productive, and passionate about working at our company.

Your Commitments:

- Build strong working relationships with Hiring Managers to establish process, document requirements, and review job descriptions

- Determine appropriate recruiting sources for advertising opening. Collaborate with TA Analyst to post jobs internally and externally

- Identify and review resumes based on requirements

- Develop network to support a strong pipeline of passive and active qualified candidates. Review employee referrals and provide timely feedback to candidates and referrers

- Prescreen candidates, compile interview notes and make recommendations to Hiring Managers

- Work with agencies, when appropriate and ensure a seamless process

- Maintain all applicants and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System

- Conduct regular follow-up with Hiring Managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plan

- Promote the company culture to candidates and external service providers

- Enter candidate information into Skill Survey in order to receive timely reference information

- Work with HR Coordinators to help schedule interviews, get offers out and back, and confirm candidate start date

- Provide feedback to all candidates. Disposition all candidates in ATS

Your Competencies:

- Experience recruiting for Sales. Presales and Sales Operations roles a must.

- Experience recruiting for corporate roles, nice to have.

- 7+ years experience in high volume recruiting industry experience; at least 3 years in a corporate environment

- Ability to work independently and simultaneously manage 15-20+ open positions

- Experience with MS Office and various Applicant Tracking Systems

- Strong knowledge of Social Media tools, such as LinkedIn

- Exemplary writing, communication and relationship building skills

- Strong follow up skills

- Able to multi-talk

- Able to work in NY and travel to NJ office

- Bachelor's Degree
