job summary:
We are seeking a fast-paced, flexible, and hard-working recruiting coordinator to join a growing team in the financial services industry. The recruiting coordinator will support a group of recruiters, handling many of the daily and necessary recruiting administration tasks that are integral to successful recruiting, service and compliance excellence.

responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:

  • Provides recruiting administration and coordination in support of a group of recruiters
  • Updates and maintains required candidate and requisition information using Applicant Tracking System and other web-based and off-line systems
  • Maintains all electronic and off-line record keeping with a high level of integrity in accordance with audit standards
  • Organizes and coordinates events, prepares presentations and participates in recruiting events as needed
  • Plays a critical role in coordinating administrative details on behalf of Talent Acquisition to others within and across divisions
  • Handles confidential and sensitive information pertaining to applicants and employees
  • Handles routine communication matters for all relevant parties
  • Assists with pre-boarding and on-boarding process for new hires and transfers within the organization

qualifications:
Qualifications

  • Associates degree with related coursework and 1-2 years related experience or Bachelor's degree with related coursework preferred. Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and work accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
  • Ability to exercise diplomacy and discretion and handle confidential data and matters
  • Proficiency with MS Office Applications at an intermediate skill level or stronger
  • Experience with internet based ATS and HRIS systems preferred
  • Basic knowledge of internet sourcing sites and research techniques preferred
